Google Maps and Real Estate Listings. Why don’t Real Estate website vendors get it?

“When I read that Real Estate Companies could now add their Real Estate listings to Google maps, I thought this was a great opportunity for my Real Estate SEO clients”.

After reading everything I could about the process, I contacted the website vendor hosting my SEO Real Estate clients website.

They said they needed $150 a month to create the feed that Google needs to add their listings to Google Real Estate Maps.What? Are you kidding me?

Has anyone else ran into this problem. Any solutions?
